The captivating new spaces were designed by Chicago-based Silhouette Design Architecture, a long-time Delaware North partner.
Delaware North tasked Silhouette with imbuing the new concepts with a unique sense of place, incorporating elements that celebrate Idahos natural beauty and cultural heritage. Rooting the designs in local culture, Silhouettes aim was to create memorable experiential dining and hospitality offerings for BOI travelers.
Among the winning concepts are:
Treefort Food + Drink A full-service restaurant inspired by the locally owned and operated Treefort Music Fest and Treefort Music Hall.
Flying M To Go Serving locally roasted coffee, a variety of breakfast options and a robust selection of freshly made sandwiches.
Bardenay A proven passenger favorite and the nations first restaurant to be granted a distillery license, completely reimagined by Silhouette and Delaware North to create a concept thats bold, bespoke and authentically Boise.
The STIL Scoops, Pints & Pours The quality-driven brand crafts small-batch ice cream from Idaho milk and cream, infusing add-ins and flavors inspired by the local landscape and lifestyle.
Waffle Me Up This family-owned Boise breakfast and lunch destination specializes in handcrafted Belgian-style lige waffles, sure to draw in travelers and locals.
Blue Sky Bagels Blue Sky Bagels is a local chain specializing in handcrafted bagels, cream cheese spreads and simple caf fare.
Flying M Coffee Flying M Coffee and Market will reflect the streetside experience and effortlessly meet the needs of travelers.
